I have some friends and family in real estate and development, and this wasn't my first house or first realtor, so my standards are very high. Despite this, Raven far surpassed all of my expectations!

First of all, Raven comes from a family that eats, sleeps, and lives real estate. She told me they used to draw straws to make sure a showing was never missed, and it was totally true. We listed our house with her, and someone was always available to show it.

The process started with a comprehensive meeting where she toured our house and provided a complete comparison of what was on the market with similar features and, more importantly, what had actually sold. Everyone wants to get as much as possible for their home, but she made it incredibly easy to see what our house was realistically going to sell for. And it did, incredibly quick, without any issues.

She posted on all the typical real estate boards and social media. But one thing stood out. Before we listed, she literally called every realtor who had a listing similar to ours to find out why they weren’t selling and what she could do to make our listing the most attractive. She did the typical things, like hiring a staging gal (which I recommend doing), and obviously, our home sold quickly at a price we were very happy with. The closing process was seamless.

Fast forward to us in our new house, which we built brand new. She’s been over to appraise it and provided great insight into what it’s likely worth. We’re just waiting for the right house if we ever move. The last house we put an offer on was a few acres with a river behind it. I swear to you this girl was at the front door of the ESA and zoning office that very day to get the appropriate information about whether the land was usable or buildable. I just don’t know anyone else who would go out of their way to give you as much leverage as possible, because timing matters. You’ve got to make the decision when it’s right.

I own a company, and I know what it takes to be successful and the amount of work it takes. Raven won’t fall short. She’s not like the other arrogant pricks on the market who have inflated egos, throw your home on MLS, collect a paycheck in a busy market, and can’t sell a thing during a slow one.
